Really enjoyed your adventure! I’ve ridden several of these passes on my DR650 and feel quite fortunate to live here in Colorado! Your content, video skills, and editing are top notch. Thanks for sharing!

Have had my T7 for 3 months now, and I can't wait for my first BDR trip. How many go pro batteries do you carry with you?
@MeerkatADV

Really enjoyed your video! Love the follow drone footage. Skydio or dji? Though I suspect the former…

This was the skydio. I've since gone back to DJI after the skydio stopped working.

Haven't tried it, it was closed all last year. I would want to do it with a group vs solo though.

Is your rain jacket the Aqua Pack jacket? I just bought one and am pretty happy with it.

Hello, I have been watching a bunch of your BDR videos, and hope I will be able to ride some of them. I do have a question though, the the BdR.s that are closest to me other than the South Dakota BDR-X, which I have completed, are Wyoming, and Colorado. The ride BDR website classifies the Wyoming BDR as more difficult then the Colorado, and from the videos I have seen I would think that the Colorado BDR would be more difficult, I realize that the Wyoming BDR is lots longer then the Colorado BDR but more difficult?. My question is, in your opinion, in good weather which do you think is more difficult?
@MeerkatADV
@MeerkatADV 3 күн бұрын
@markfenwick6430 Wyoming in bad weather is a mess. In good weather there are a couple technical bits (Beaver Rim, northern stuff at the border) but otherwise it is fast and flowy. Colorado is more technical, especially the first three sections, but shorter. I would say Colorado is more difficult but not by much. Section 2 in Colorado is where you will have all of your problems.

Incredible adventure, thank you for sharing…wild that you caught that deer strike and stayed upright. I’m hoping to do some of the BDR routes this year, what tires are you using? Do you change depending on the route or time of year?
@MeerkatADV
@MeerkatADV 10 ай бұрын
I pretty much run Motoz exclusively. I don't worry about switching due to time of year.
