My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 lifted Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

If you want to be able to truly cool down your RV, you need 2 A/C's AKA 50amp RV. I believe yours is only a 30amp. We decided we wanted another A/C, so we went from a 30 amp RV to 50 amp.

No, you can just add a 12v A/C unit . My 2nd unit runs purely on solar. It only works when the sun is on the panels, but that's exactly when I need it

Oh my! We were in some bumpy road this year too. We had e-bikes on a Thule bike rack on the back and one of the bike tires actually bounced out of the holder and luckily got caught out we would have been dragging it. Eric, get some flat black paint from Rustoleum. Brush it on the injured area and litely wipe off. Let dry and do multiple applications as necessary. Won’t be perfect but will mute the look you have now. Good luck and sorry ‘bout dat!
