Tahoe - South Lake has a great campsite that is centrally located, close to all amenities and right across the road from the lake. Best summers. Or if you end up going the opposite direction, Capital Reef Utah, Escalante wilderness, Zion. Grab some elevation if it's hot. Whole zone is the most beautiful area in the US. Then if you ever get a chance in mid summer go to Kalispell Montana, Glacier Lake and the Going to the Sun Road trip. Mind boggling. Make sure and go to Sykes for coffee and dinner.

I don’t see how anyone actually saves money with gas prices lol.. and ya gotta pay over $50 Grand for a nice enough camper or something that’s dependable, then you have to pay insurance and upkeep is more expensive because it’s brand new and ya can’t just duct tape stuff lol.. I’d maybe buy an acre and homestead in one if it was big enough, put in a wood burner and have a garden to eat and can food, buy hunting licenses and can venison, even with high property tax and all taxes in PA there’s thousands of acres that the Marcellus shale drilling company has bought and lease and even sell after they drill.. I have 15 acres, 3 gardens, 3 dogs, 12 guns, free gas because they drilled yrs ago above my property, only went across my driveway and they paid 17grand to last owner for that, lots of big trees, lots of firewood, I planted fruit trees 2 yrs ago, with free gas I heat my home free, dryer, stove, hot water tank all free use.. great well for water, small creek along my property, and the best part is I get all 4 seasons, mild winters, great hunting, fishing and adventures near home, free public pool 4 miles away, I have my own pool.. I’m 15 miles from any town, 6 miles from a dollar store in a really small semi town, i live in the woods!! The trees look the same no matter where lol.. I’d check into buying property off console energy or Marcellus shale.. tons of old farms and property just setting empty!! Just an idea for some of these travelers if they want a place to actually call home when their older and maybe settle in❤️

@@fckfracking6409not true lol I bought mine (2014) for 10k it’s a 35ft two room Shasta and idk about other rigs but mine so far has low maintenance and everything works amazing!!! I've visited Phoenix Arizona for a month in the winter and a month in the summer 😮 and OMGosh! I stepped outside and wasn't prepared for how dry and extremely hot! Bout took my breath away! One thing I thought was cool, after I did my laundry, I hung it on a clothes line and in half hour it was completely dry! Tanya and Dave , I wish you safe, fun, memorable adventures! Sincerely Diana C

I felt so bad for you cooking in that heat but I also admire you for enduring it through the night. So glad you found a spot at a higher elevation where it’s cooler and more tolerable. You all are rocking it!! ❤❤👏👏

I just started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tbsp) and cayenne pepper, Splenda (as many packets as you like) and lemon or lime in a pitcher of ice water. Its better than just water (like drinking ginger ale). Controls my appetite (look into it). Love the videos, keep it up!

Vegas is no joke. I use to live in Las Vegas for a total of 17 years and honestly never got use to the bone crushing heat. Thank God it is a dry heat, otherwise folks would be dropping like flies. Remember to keep hydrated because it's a matter of life and death, LITERALLY. Folks often get fooled due to the lack of sweat but you losing a serious amount of water even though you aren't visibly sweating, and yeah, heat stroke is a thing over there.

Great video. The heat is the thing that keeps us from getting an RV. I get so nervous bc of our cats. Their body temps are much higher than humans and can overheat so quickly. I would be heartbroken if that happened. I am glad you able to keep them cool.
