Warren Sapp is really tough but he shows great enjoyment and enthusiasm that's a winner to impact young players. If you got one guy who looks miserable it harms the whole team. If so why are they there? Coach Deion needs everyone to have energy at least inward at bare minumun. Good body language walking with a purpose is leadership, you can't fake it. Going up against BAMA and GA to win will require having all the bases covered or it's a fantasy. The Coach that said he doesn't say much he's a man of action was impressive and he walked with much confidence. That's a leader there. One can be an all pro 20 yr. NFL veteran and coach but if the attitude is not right it will never work with this level of competition. Everyone has to be in.

I love, love, love this "accountability" meeting!...CP imparting the wisdom of "you" ensuring that...you and your teammates are properly suited and booted...is what puts the 'T' in t-e-a-m!! I also love the emphasis on making "right decisions" versus "quick decisions" and making players "think" while practicing will help to mitigate injuries...as will working out and practicing "correctly" versus quickly. CP keep teaching and imparting wisdom re: how to conduct oneself "on and off" the field!!...the very definition of being "professional!' It appears based on your players (mini-presentations)...they are internalizing the "words of wisdom"...you are constantly sharing! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽...the fringe gold you get from just being a part of your team...the Prime Effect!!🎖️🏆

Help players coming in that may be dealing with adjustments and definitely the players who are leaving that may not be going to the league. I was always impressed with former Buffs Coach McCartney that is an attitude of a champion there. That's the standard if one wants to be the top. Just listening to Coach Saban for just five minutes and one should know he's a phenomenal leader and you don't have to know football either. It's is truly evident. You got to study the best to be the best that is mentorship, the apprenticeship model it works

Okay BROTHERS, I worked in corporate for 36 years, and I found out early on that oratorial skills are extremely important. No small voices, speak up and out-Project. Get up in front of people, speak confidently and strengthen your vocal cords. I don't care what kind of voice you think you may have, but when you are in business (playing football is business), the strongest loudest voice gets the position. Get in front of the mirror and speak loudly. All those white boys' voices PROJECTED with authority. Don't be muffled mouth and nervous, practice what you are going to say. Keep doing it and you will become a pro at it. Coach Prime worked on projecting his voice with authority.

I was all on board until I looked into the allegations. There are multiple incidents, but his shenanigans in 2017 alone (and ultimate firing from NFL Network) are WAY too wild to overcome. CU already had issues with a DV coverup. I'd be EXTREMELY surprised if they agree to hire him. I can't imagine that anybody would...

Once the offensive and defensive lines are rebuilt they’ll be a hard time to deal with. They were a game or two away from bowl eligible. Good things ahead for the Buffs….

Lets keep it a bulk, CU could easily lost 3 of the 4 games they won if certain things hadn't occurred for the other teams they played. In my opinion, a team with a 500 record or certainly less than 500 should not be invited to a bowl game. Its giving all the little leaguers a trophy for participation. Given all the PR regarding CU getting this player and that player, the pressure will be on CP to have 9 - 2 record and nothing less. If not, the criticism and excuses are going to be all over the place. Good luck CP.

@@BroadwayJoe49 Dude the way the restructuring of the Bowl Championship with 12 teams it will be even more important to get decent teams with a .500 record to play in some of the lesser bowls as your more named bowls are going for the best available. 12 teams will make it like the NFL playoffs in which you gotta earn it and less politics.

Only thing that seemed was lacking at the start of the season was the genuine brotherhood.
