I'm not a cop but almost every job I've ever had required 10 hour days 5 days a week as a minimum and it drove me nuts. It took me years but I've finally found a decent paying job where I'm only working 8 hours every day. I would happily work less hours if I could. Seriously, F*** overtime!

It is good to reduce hours and add staff, but they need to also stop officers from working side jobs or nothing changes.

@@whitewolf1466 Actually worked 7 days a week for five years without one day off building my business at one point. Loved every second of it.
