I watch the game objectively. A few things: The BYU OL and DL were taller and weighed more than the CU BUFFS. BYU also had many second year Seniors. The BUFFS got stunned, early, and didn’t have the size and manpower needed to stop the bleeding. Remember, the team is still being built. This was just the 2nd year! The tidal wave of distractions made by a certain 304 should've been stopped the first time she decided to show her behind. When people have no shame, they should never be given the benefit of the doubt.

The truth of the matter is Colorado still lacks size and speed in key areas, which takes time to fix. Coach Prime said as much when he arrived. Hence, much of their play calling on offense was an attempt to mask their lack of size on the offensive line. You could have prime Barry Sanders and Joe Montana in the backfield and that Colorado line would make them look pedestrian. On the defensive end, the D-line needs more size and the linebackers need more speed. All these are known to them and that's why they've been focused on adding those very players through both the portal and recruiting. Colorado doesn't have any trouble recruiting DBs and WRs as long as Coach Prime is there.

People need to get out their emotions and calm down. As much as I wanted them to win, it was a sad loss. 😞Overall it was a good year. Some of the fair-weather coaches in the comments are saying shoulda, coulda, woulda. This person should be fired. That person should be fired. Blah, blah, blah. The name calling is unnecessary. Nobody knows what’s going on behind the scenes. The coaches train and instruct. It’s up to the players to execute. I’m sure there’s a number of reasons why they didn’t play well. I don’t know. What do the FOUR teams that beat Colorado have in common? Nebraska, KSTATE, Kansas, and BYU all have big offensive and defensive linemen who can run block AND pass block. These teams dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Colorado could not run against these teams nor could they stop the run. They also gave Shedeur fits Not allowing him to have time to be comfortable in the pocket and forcing to move a lot. Until Coach Prime gets and develops bigger, mobile, conditioned linemen Colorado will be undersized and at a disadvantage against teams like the ones that defeated them!

This lost was a total Coaching lost. The world knows that the buffs weakest link is the offensive line, as the world knows the buffs biggest threat is the passing attack. What do they do waist time and energy trying to run the ball without a run blocking ability. Use the passing game to open the door for the rushing attack. So who ever the person was who called the offensive plays is responsible for giving this game away in such an embarrassing way! I turned that game off in the first Quarter because of the pathetic play calling, they should have been throwing bombs all over the field which is what BYU feared the most.

I hate that the journey is over but the offense and special teams lost that game. Two freshmen starters on the O-line and the other three will be bagging groceries or selling cars next year. We tried to mask our weakness but BYU was too prepared and new them all. The went after 23 and 38 most of the game. At the end of the day no matter the star power its a team game. I love Deion love Colorado players no knock to anyone not the coaches not the players . I am from Columbus Ohio, huge buckeye fan . It’s very obvious the sheduer has been sacked a lot this year. When he drops back he tends to move off his line which doesn’t help the OLine . He need to be able to trust that the guys will give him 3 second to read progressions and release ball . With the mismatches Travis hunter and wester, horn jr present to other teams it’s hard for me to watch this team struggle . I personally think Deion needs to bring in some hogs next year , they can always shed weight and get faster but it’s hard to add weight camp .

This wasn't shocking to someone that knows BYU as a program, you thought that BYU was a soft university because they're a moron school but BYU has always been a strong university. It's the SEC who has named them soft because of scripted system they have been giving. If you notice our whole system is base off very star rating system and is gear to let them win the recruiting title. It has nothing to do with truth. BYU has a national championship under their banner just as Colorado has but it has also a great 49er hall of fame QB that's a member and more. Great win BYU! Daddy sub-prime KFC Sanders and the Buffs proved me right at the beginning of the season. Their record may have been better than last year, but, they lost the big prize with the Bowl loss, just as I predicted! Always the bridesmaid and never the bride just as when Sanders’ Jackson State team lost against NCCU in the HBCU 2022 Celebration Bowl. Why wasn’t Hunter, the Heisman winner, at the post game conference? Maybe a sore loser? Maybe his girl friend told him to come home right away and wash the dishes and do laundry.
