I love the videos, and I will be the very first to admit that I could do none of these things. I just have my personal observation. It seems to me with the amazing beauty and perfect of the cakes and decorations why are the Sweet Cream Strawberry Rolls not? There are lots of spots where cake shows through on most all of them. There is hardly any strawberry in the roll to speak of. I just don’t understand why this is included when, though again I couldn’t make it and I’m sure it’s great, it’s just not as “perfect” as the rest.
