I see a green dragon with wide purple eyes and purple scales who got caught in a neuronet and is starting to change into another form altogether. The colors around him represent his shock and surprise at being caught and the struggle he has trying to get away.

how do you keep your neon from becoming muted? every time I attempt a neon pour the yellow disappears entirely, and the green turns out muted - almost a moss color

The quality of the color is crucial, especially with neon. In fact, i only got the result i wanted with talens amsterdam and arteza colors. 🤔👍

These cells are created by the mixture and the silicone. Or what do you mean exactly ? You can find the mixture in the video description 😊👍
