Hiii! Today, we have a manga coloring with crayola supertip markers :)

First off, I'm always really impressed by people who can make such beautiful pieces with the cheaper supplies. In particular, the non-standard ways of using them like here where you used them like watercolors. It's so beautifully done! That being said... I have to admit that I kind of giggled when you called yourself out for saying 'back in the day' because my sister-in-law has been driven crazy lately by my nephew using that phrase a lot. He's 12. Talking about 'back in the day.' XD So your calling yourself out on that made reminded me of her complaining about that and it made my night. Beautiful drawing and keep up the awesome work!

A video of yours from 3 years ago "How to make body portions". I didn't know how to draw body's until I saw your video! I gave up and stopped drawing for a week.. then I finally realized how much I love drawing so I started to draw and when I started to draw I made a body just like yours! Meem Trash i use winsor and newton cotman watercolours, you can get the lil pocket size one for like 7 pounds and it has like 12 halfpans.

I went to Walmart today and I needed markers for my math project and I seen these markers for only $7 and it’s a 50 pack. Plus, I love drawing I just never ink them cause I can never get the markers to blend but omg these markers are amazing! Can’t wait to do lots with them :)

Oh, I ordered a Crayola Supertips 100s online and I hope they get delivered sooner. I have the 10s and I love them. I can use them for just anything like calligraphy and drawing.

@@bunnyydoesthings Unfortunately, they do not have colors even in the 100s set which will be perfect for skintones. But, I try to compensate on that by using watercolors instead for the skintones. It's not really much of a bother though and I still consider Crayola Supertips 100s as a great buy. Tbh, it's one of the best art materials I've ever purchased. I'd rate it's versality 100/100. 💖

I love it! Earlier today I was thinking to myself how crayola markers are to watery to work like copic markers, and was wondering is there a more efficient way to get the best use out of crayola markers. Well thanks to this video there is. I haven't look at your videos yet, however you should do more crayola like watercolor videos. You did a great job on this keep up the good work, and I know you call this a doodle, but this to me is a piece of art.😁

Thank you! And I find the most efficient way to work with them is on good watercolor paper (harder watercolor paper, not soft, otherwise fibers will ball up) with a waterbrush like this. If it's good paper, you'll be able to do maybe two layers of blending like copics (marker to paper), but then the rest would have to be with a waterbrush.

What artamys said! My favorite waterproof liners are the Sakura Microns! If I don't have a color that I want as a micron, I'll line with those first and then line with my waterbased liners afterward (like what I did in this video)

you usually use a copic multiliner or a extra fine point sharpie and they wont smudge! and the best sketchbook that's cheap and really nice is XL mixed media sketchbook! :)

I have plenty of questions XD: Can you list what things you used in this video? And what brush are you using? Is it a normal brush? what technique are you using, like are you putting the marker ink down first, then blending it with water? IM SO CONFUSED can you please help me >~

The materials are in the description! :) And I'm using a pentel aquash brush! As for technique I'm laying down the marker and blending, or I'll touch the brush to the marker and apply to the paper for a lighter look~

My dad wants to get me Copics for Christmas but I want these!! We went to Michelle’s (however you spell it) and I told him they were the high-quality professional markers that pros use. And now he wants to get me those. Even though I specifically said I want these. I just don’t want copics.

Cat Quimy Pony you can also draw some washable markers on some smooth surfaces(plastic sheets) then put some water on it ,this will still work as watercolor and any washable markers work

Question, How do you get it to now feather out everywhere? I actually have a small 20 pack of supertips and tried to make something with it, however, they feathered out and bled everywhere. So how did you get it to not do that? (mind that I was trying my best to control the amount of water I used and even waited till some areas dried, but they still feathered out)

It sounds like it's the paper you're using! Sometimes if the paper is too "soft," when it gets wet, it acts like putting paint on fabric. I would definitely try a different brand (canson montval isn't too bad)!

I was using a waterbrush, and I choose a light orange marker to dilute if I'm coloring light skin! Darker skin, I would use an appropriate tan to brown

Can you tell me what is inside the waterbrush? Is it water? I used other cheap watercolor marker with usual brush (I dipped the brush with water) but the color faded & coming out the line. I'm frustrated lol Can you share the tips, please?

It's just water! I'd say your problem might actually be the paper and the amount of water you're putting on the paper.. ? Try using less water maybe and trying a different brand paper🤔 Canson montval is pretty good!
