A Gallo Travel Cherry Wood Box Travel Set.

In this video I review and unbox my first travel wood box set! This set was purchased by me from A Gallo and is entirely hand made. The case, paints and brushes are all made by hand. Because there was a minor fault in the wood of the case I was given a slight discount. The set includes one wood case with a built in plastic palette, three travel brushes and 9 A Gallo paints of my choosing.
This wood box has a pleasant half circle shape and two compartments held closed by strong built in magnets. The top opens to reveal a plastic palette and slots for nine half pans. The A Gallo paints fit perfectly but Meeden half pans also fit nicely. Close the lid and turn the palette over and open the bottom half to reveal three travel synthetic brushes. These brushes are made by Italian brush maker Tintoretto. The Tintoretto travel brush sizes are size 2, size 4 and size 6, which are perfect for most subject matters.
As you might know I LOVE wood boxes and have one from nearly every major art supply maker. However I am extremely impressed by the quality of this case.
Overall this is any amazing gift set that any watercolor artist would be happy to have!
