Okay... I see the issue with Johnathan Majors @ 4:24 - word on the street is that Majors has a biracial child. If that's so, rumor or not, Black women are angry that he does NOT have a Black women on his arm or full-Black child. Wait... but shouldn't they ALSO be angry at Serena Williams, Tika Sumptner, Garcelle Beauvais, Tamera Mowry and their biracial children?!

"Slave face?!" Frederick Douglass, the great abolitionist and freedom activist, posed for over 160-plus photographs during his lifetime. He never smiled, and held a stern and serious face. He called it the "Face of the Fugitive Slave" - the point was to override the prevailing narrative of the happy, buffoonish, and smiling slave or appeaser. Douglass set the standard for professionalism in photos and dignity for Black men. We need to hold to that standard.
@p51424
@p51424 Жыл бұрын
Indeed. Fredrick Douglas is one of my father's main ancestral references when he continues to drill in my head to this day the importance of the black man to be educated. He even composed a song that he diddled on his guitar over the course of the last few months that I will produce and orchestrate for him in coming weeks. The name of it will be "Chesapeake." They lyrics will be reflective of what he imagines the thoughts that would have been running through Douglas' mind while he sat at the Chesapeake Bay watching the ships pass by. I wasn't aware of Douglas' reason for being stoic in photos, but that's a good standard to have. I recently went to have my photo retaken for my license, and i chose to keep my face straight, serious, and stoic. I don't like smiling in photos anyways. Nice to know though.

I'm a light skinned black man. Most of my family is light skinned. Both my mom's and dad's side played the "brown paper bag" ish. A couple of my uncles bucked the fam but those light ass genes were strong since it had been for generations. I ALWAYS got teased growing up for being light and didn't like it then and don't like it now. Not because I couldn't clap back but I NEVER WANTED TO because I understood our reality...that we are all BLACK. I was at a bar recently taking in some live reggae and a darker skinned woman came up to me and said "if you weren't so light I would give you my number". I looked at her and after thinking "what makes you think I would ACCEPT your number?", I said, "that sounds like a YOU problem" and continued to enjoy the music. I love every shade of BLACKNESS. Charde is not one of them. She just has a bone to pick with BW. If it were up to her, she’d choose a physiologically inferior pale being as well, because that disdain isn’t there with those men.. it’s emotionally taxing for BW to marry men they don’t respect. And it’s on you to develop a ruling class mindset as a BM.. not a knigga that finds it therapeutic to listen to BW get called out.. Actually probably not.. that particular actor is not an attractive person. He is being used divisively by white media to create disinterest in BM and high interest in caucasian men.. From now on bro, look at the media (ads, commercials, tv shows, movies.) Notice that they don’t use very many objectively handsome BM.. and they tend to put BW/Wm relationships in 55% of the ads, movies and shows.. They’ll use a lesser attractive BM and pass him as a love interest.. but then they’ll use objectively attractive wm and pass them as love interest more often. If they do use an objectively attractive BM, he’s older and usually an already known actor. Mark my words.. you won’t be able to unsee it

I’m posting this comment before I even watch the video. As soon as I saw the title I knew you were referring to Jonathan Majors. I saw those colorists & featurists tweets 2 days ago in response to Jonathan’s modeling photo shoot. BLK women are the REAL colorists, featurists, & texturists. There’s many videos on KZbin right now of BLK women flat-out stating that they HATE their 4C texture hair. And this tells me that these accusations about BLK men being colorist is really projections from BLK women. There are NO BLK men on social media stating that they hate 4C texture hair.

While I agree w many of the things u said, BOTH genders of black people are colorist, featurist & texturist. I have seen countless videos on TikTok for example of BM openly saying disgusting things about BWs features. To be fair, this seems like a common trend amongst younger BM. However it still very clearly exists…BM have been on the forefront of lights skin promotion in popular media. I believe BW have internalized this & are acting accordingly. Basically it’s a vicious cycle.

Instead of taking the dads out the home.. instead of crack.. instead of mass incarceration.. they can just socialize BW to think a certain way and play the passive/hands off role… From now on, when you watch tv or get online.. look at the images of BW.. more than half of the time you’ll see them portrayed with wm.. or in proximity with caucasian ppl.. Me and bredren said this over 30 years ago... it's projection onto BM what they really want to say to their heart's desire - the WM. And how they think, it's so unfair. Any BM that shows that false term "colorism", they were socialized by the females that reared them. I know many many many brothers, and I don't know any BM that would want to be a WM, especially physically/biologically. It should be evident the source of any BM who has a genetic inferior complex - it's the rejection of BW because we are not white... and that can and will have an impact on a man's self worth and self concept. They fell in worship of WM centuries ago, and it's not even deniable. It's BM that has been sexually marginalized by our race. And we not even tripping bc we don't see him/them as on OUR level.... only circumstantially.

@Maria Sanchez it's the right thing to do. Many issues have persisted way too long, and there will/must be a conclusion. There's a remnant of my race (the men), that will see our total liberation and separation from all our enemies. But until then, having children with women who hate us and worship our enemies is damning our own seed to slavery like momma. Btw, most BM don't have any children and most of the children they do have with BM are mostly from about 20% or all BM. But many brothers are already seeking compatible options elsewhere. But thanks for the... threat/insult I guess?

@@bkbornshahid774 well that 20 percent will stop. Black men and bw can go mix with other races.
@bkbornshahid774
@bkbornshahid774 Жыл бұрын
@Maria Sanchez that will depend on the BWs because the type of BM that make up the 20% aren't the ones that left the foolish war. But it can really be complete split for the swirlers if WM really start checking for BWs in mass. But brothers might as well smash, just quit the cuffing and having children with them. Our time of captivity is up, so our future is very bright once the separation between the wheat and the tares, sheep and the goats are complete. I have no hate except for the slander, lies and bad will. Besides that I think it's progress that everything is coming out that was causing so much social deterioration in the 1st place. BM that are trying to interfere with BW love for WM should be addressed as interfering and hating. We not them dudes... and maybe in time the animosity will be unnecessary as well. Once their a clear disassociation between most BM and BW, and others stop seeing us as the same group/people, both groups will finally have the independent (from each other) reality that makes any wars of words and allegations of evil/mistreatment a thing of the past. Let's both hope for that day of final separation.

This is a sob story, rooted in paranoia.. Dating apps are a new invention. Before dating apps were invented, BW were being socialized by society to have disdain for their men.. Before the mid-80’s BW had respect for BM and as a result of that non-BW followed suit.. Now in the last 10-12 yrs, a couple years before dating apps were popularized internationally, the media has been socializing BW to like wm. Primarily through media, work environment, college campuses etc.. The less BW prefer us, the less non-BW will prefer us.. this is all by design by the caucasian media to prevent us from producing competent blk boys and men..

The irony is that MOST Black women would/actually find Johnathan Majors attractive because many of us can still see the beauty in blackness in its most raw, authentic form & John is a nice looking dude if you dont hate strong black features on BM, meanwhile most Black men especially young black males wouldn't find his black female counterparts attractive or they'd say his black female counterpart looks "Average at best"! Gender specific colorism epecially public displays of colorism in the black community, is way more prevalent & aggressive amongst black males especially young black males in their 30's & 20's & teens & I think the higher frequency with so many young BM constantly attacking black females for their skin tone & facial features is the real reason why the black community aren't seeking out these Colorist black females to string their asses up & place their heads on a pike it would look woefully hypocritical if that were to happen, we know that black males do this crap to black females a lot more!
