We called loong is different from the dragon,western word dragon seem represent a evil animal 😅

Western dragons aren't all evil. There are many kind and benevolent dragons. The Welsh flag has a dragon on it. That is not evil. My favourite children's film has a dragon (Neverending Story). Disney have made films about kind dragons. Puff the Magic Dragon is not evil. So, the claim that western dragons are all evil is wrong. The word Loong was also first written and recorded as such by a British missionary, called Marshman, in the 19th Century.

The Chinese name for that animal is loong. It was the westerners who just called it dragons cos that's the nearest approximation they can think off is the western dragon. Loongs and dragons are as different as a croc from a lizard.

Chinese loong is different from the dragon, they can fly on clouds. the have antlers on their heads and scales on their bodies. Western dragons look more like dinosaurs

想念30年前泉州传统的元宵节（上元节，除花街游行外，所有商家门口都挂各种各样纸质的灯笼，走马灯。谜语的纸条悬在等下，先想到谜底的人就把纸条摘下换小奖品。我这样的显眼包可以一个学期都不用自己花钱买学习用品。现在的元宵节更像灯光秀，缺少文化内涵和民俗。

Creativity out the wazooo!!!! And there are people out there saying there is no creativity or uniqueness from the Chinese not realising how ignorant they are! TBH id prefer to go see this than a western brand disney land or a marvel branded thing.... it would just be weird imo if i saw a giant spiderman or something, this is abit more down to earth and wholesome..... where disneyland or marvel land if it exists is all abit too corporate
