Yeah I am sure the noobs crying about the 200m budget have the same Pvm ability as molgoatkirby, one of the best pvmers in the world. The reality is that someone like molgoatkirby is probably able to complete the Colosseum in even less gear then this, and the people crying about 200m are not going to be able to complete it even if they were gifted max gear. It has never been about the actual wealth behind the 200m budget, it is more so the Pvm skills you acquire while gaining that much money.

It does look like wave 6, wave 10 and wave 11 are the most difficult by far. Unless you get a tough spawn ofcourse. But if you are lucky enough not to have to off tick at spawn while killing warbanders, then the rest of the waves should be solvable if you know enough unstack/stack solve methods.

No, Fang Slash was nerfed months ago and should literally never be used now. Fang Stab (which is better than Fang Slash here and in 99% of scenarios) is also worse than Tent Whip on final boss by a good chunk. Personally I brought Fang during the waves as I could camp it with DFS for higher DPS than Tent Whip w/ddef and a Soulreaper switch for final boss, but you absolutely cannot take Doom if you do this because Soulreaper will self-apply Doom. Also can't really deal with Healing Totems/Bees with Soulreaper, so you really have to craft your Modifiers.
