Thank you for this great pattern and videos. One question on handle rivets. In other bags I reinforced my rivets with peltex scraps on the wrong side of the vinyl. You don’t do that. Am I overthinking my rivets?

It really depends on the thickness you’re riveting through... If I’m riveting straps through one layer of vinyl or leather (for example if the back sid of the rivet is hidden) then I advise reinforcing... In this case, I felt I was going through enough layers that I wouldn’t have an issue. And also, this leather I was using is quite thick and has a bit of firmness to it.
