You have one of those voices that I find really relaxing and I could listen to you all day. I love your garden tours seeing all the pretty flowers and the bees. I always try to get in my garden every day even it's just for ten minutes. I find it so therapeutic and it's amazing how quickly things can change. Great video as always. Thank you for filming. x

Thanks a million for another beautiful video, and a specially for putting the names, found so many plants thanks to you 👩‍🌾🙏about time, I can only garden 15 minutes per day, after serious health problems so I began to work 15 minutes a day and still do. Thinking about it it’s nearly 2 hours a week, I found that I appreciate time more and the tasks themselves and my garden looks even better ( it’s not big)👩‍🌾🪴🐞enjoy spring😊

Thank you Annette, so sorry for your challenging health problems but your approach to coping with those limitations to create an even better looking garden through shorter daily sessions is inspirational. Sending our best wishes.

I used to live in Kent but now I am in Kansas City which is a zone 8. Took me a while to adjust to the zone differences. I do miss gardening in England. Whenever I am outside and working in my garden I listen to all of the bird sounds and soak up the weather and think of my time past in Kent. This is such a gentle video. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for such an appreciative message, and for sharing the way birdsong and gardening connect you to your time in our part of the world. There are some beautiful Nyssa sylvatica in gardens near here to admire in Autumn, which make me think of the Kansas landscape. Sending best wishes from Kent.

Small snatches of time are very valuable! I once read of a man who restored a Victorian house by working 15 minutes a day!

Monkey-peas (slaters) I have found mostly only eat decaying matter. Maybe the corms started to rot out and they are eating the rotted matter and were cleaning the tubers up of rot. I have numerous slaters in our garden they haven't become a problem, to our plants. I did find a lot in our raised veg garden once and noticed no veg had been eaten. I then realized they were eating old roots left in the garden bed from previously grown veg. Happy gardening! I enjoy your garden and always have loved planting in containers with seasonal colour. When we downsize seasonal pots will continue to be seen in our garden.

Your suggestion that slaters are consuming the rotted exterior of the tuber makes such perfect sense given the high levels of rainfall. They are such cute little garden helpers, I didn’t like to suspect them of damage! Slater is a new name to me (because the segments of shell are like roof slates?). Enjoy your garden, it looks so charming and relaxing, and you have some fabulous containers to start your next garden too.

I enjoyed your garden tour a lot but it was also nice to have a glimpse of how you grow your cosmos; how you dealt with the affected cyclamens and the phlox under the apple tree. Could you, please, share with us more content of how you grow your plants and all the steps you take to come to all the gorgeous blooms you show us each month?
