Aw, thanks so much for your lovely comment. I do love using bright colours and high contrast but in some pictures I am trying to use a more limited palette too but I find that quite hard to do! Thanks for watching!

Thank you for sharing these! I have a few books that I hated my results and gave up. This has inspired me to get them out and keep going! Also you said you deleted the original video o your first book. You should always keep old vids even if it has content you include in a new one!!! All your views, comments and likes help build your page and work with the KZbin analytics!! Many people post updates.

Very Bice, I can see how you improve your coloring skills, Fantastic. I just bought that book yesterday and can't wait to start my pages. Do you have a video where I see how to make background, gold color ans how to improve my coloring skills. I have carandache museum and a woodbox of derwent inktense and for mu birthday in June, I wish to have poluchromos, also I have a 12 pastel pencils, charcoal and ink for miniature warhammer. No, it’s the same version but the newer one was printed in Italy and has thicker paper than the one printed in the Netherlands. I got both copies from Amazon but the one printed in Italy was bought most recently. Thanks for watching

How many layers of gesso do you suggest?

2 layers with drying time for the first layer before you apply the second seems to work for me
