I only just discovered these lip stains and they are EXACTLY what I've been searching for for YEARS! I have only worn the one I bought a couple times (mostly at home to try out), but I love the formula so far! It has a smooth, slippery feel of a gloss but somehow more "sticking power" without being sticky at all. So far I haven't noticed any issues with caking, balling up, stickiness or any of those qualities that I find annoying in so many other lip products. I find it really comfortable on the lips! I think the stain works best if you can really let the product sit and dry down on the lips with as little disruption as possible for as long as you can. This gives it more time to "set". The wear-off after eating and drinking can be a little uneven (especially if it didn't have enough time to really set well), but it's really not bad and if you feel the need, a quick touchup is super easy. I have very pale, colorless lips so for me the stain is the thing I have always wanted. Just a hint of color so I don't look DEAD when the product wears off.

I haven't tried this but this is probably pretty similar to the water tints from Korean beauty brands, just like how the formula of the lux liquid lip was a similar formula to the formulas from K beauty brands' classic plushy liquid lipsticks. Colourpop had really learned a lot from K beauty brands over the past year

I ordered Big Apple since it was one of the last shades they had in stock at the end of July and I'm SO EXCITED I loooove a good lip stain. Been obsessed with the Romand glasting water tint but I'm excited to try these since I've been meaning to try other brands' lip stains.
