Just so you know cardboard packaging is better for the environment, and the plastic packaging can cause more eyeshadows getting broken. Yes plastic is easier to clean and will look nicer for longer, that's why it's not good for the environment

Never be scared. Purple looks best on green eyes but I have this palette and the Natasha Denona Lila palette and mini Lila and they all look good on me. I can't imagine an eye color/complexion that would not look good with these shadows. This palette is better, and less expensive, than the Huda Beauty Amethyst palette IMO

*Ohhh,Kendall,I just recieved this pallette!!!But!!!My daughter ordered it for My Bday and the first one came with the duochrome in the middlle busted all to pieces and i told her probably it wasnt pressed as good,or it may be that certain formula,well,She emailed them with pics and all,and they let her keep the broken one and sent her another one AND THE SAME EXACT SHADE ,EARTHSHINE WAS BUSTED EVERYWHERE AGAIN!!!SO,We salvaged about a half pan ea.and repressed with alcohol and its perfect now,But just be super careful with 'Earthshine'cuz its fragile.But im in LOVE with this pallette girl!!!*

A lot of people are saying this! I think the shadows might be less firmly pressed which makes them more susceptible. Definitely email CS and see if they can get a new one out to you! xx

I see deep greens as deep purples and deep purples as deep browns. Very specific colors get mixed up for me. Also struggle with differentiating certain Greys with Green & Purple!

“ Kittenfish” is a play on the term “ catfish” and it’s when you make yourself out to be different than you are in real life. Not necessarily catfishing where you pretend you’re someone else but you might edit your photos a little too much or use old photos that don’t accurately represent what you currently look like and make yourself seem more grandiose than you actually are.

Are you fully color-blind? Just curious! Color-blind artists intrigue me b/c there aren't too many out there! Btw, "Fan Fiction" is actually a bright, but slightly pastel, orchid/magenta. Also, there’s def no theme, & I’m totally with you in your confusion over the odd shade names lol. If I could change one thing about CP, it'd be their shadow names lmao. Like, what does dough ("Do or Dough") have to do w/ purple...? Lol. My only insight into these names comes from when I Googled "Earthshine" swatches & saw a bunch of links about a Rush song titled "Earthshine." I'm guessing that's what the color is named after... Btw, love your videos!

Oh okay! My only exposure to colorblind artists had been a fam friend, totally colorblind, who found his niche waaay back in the day doing those black & white product sketches in old Sears catalogues! Lol. And then my stepmom's old boss who didn't let them use purple in their designs bc he saw it as some gross color...haha. Kinda weird (that I'm even telling you this lol)...but interesting. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, that's def valid abt CP, maybe they ran out of names that made sense years ago hahaha

They ship worldwide with some exceptions but definitely ship to the UK. Shipping is not really that expensive but I dunno how much customs charges are in the UK. I know we get charged crazy taxes in Finland, like shipping + VAT will be as much as the palettes but I still order because they're still cheaper than most and totally worth it. 😂

Not real sure tbh.But Ive got this pallette and so does My daughter.She ordered one and the middle pan was vusted ,she called them,they sent another one free,the middle pan was busted again,But They ended up giving Her a credit,in place of it.So this Palkette is Sooooooo Beautiful in person especially,But the pan in the middle just isnt pressing right for some reason,but We both salvaged about a half pan each,and repressed with alcohol ,tissue,and a nickel and it is perfect now!Very very worth 12 bucks even with a pan broken.for sure.😁😘😍

@Cristy Woods Mine also came broken. Both Earthshine and Mr Sandman was broken when I got mine but colourpop said they couldn't send me a new one so I had to try and salvage them. I was afraid alcohol would ruin the formula so I just pressed them without adding any and it worked okay but they are now very soft and I'm afraid they'll break. Do yours still work fine even though you pressed them with alcohol? What alcohol did you use?

The first one they sent me was broken and I was too impatient to wait for customer service to help me. Plus, how do you send them a picture of your broken palette?

Take a picture and email it to customer service! Without proof they can't help you or they'd be sending free product to everyone who emailed them. They will issue you a code for a free replacement. Well worth the quick email!

Actually purple is a universal colour palette for all eyes...unless you've got violet eyes. Then avoid.

I never said it wasn't universal! Just that it makes green/hazel eyes pop because of the contrast. Purple is on the opposite side of the color wheel than green therefor they bring out the best in each other! xx
