Both aren't ready, especially, he (Colton). Love can't and should not be rushed. It takes time. May that time evolve for their own relationship to grow, develop and hopefully flourish to bigger things later on. May he figure things out as she should too. A rushed engagement isn't a good thing. Latest one to fail now is Derek Peth and Taylor Nolan, BIP #4 season of last year.

I agree. Great comments made. Both of them need to figure things out on their own, in their own space, time, etc. Hopefully, they did or will do so, and they can keep their relationship going. Suggestion to Colton and others: Don't rush into an engagement until one is absolutely 100% sure or certain that the one that is proposed to is the one and a keeper. IMHO, Derek Peth got engaged too soon last year. He and Taylor split earlier this year. Also, Adam G. and Raven didn't get engaged last year, might do so this year, I hope. If so, Adam and Raven did it right, we'll see if it happens and if my hunch is correct for sometime this year for Adam & Raven. May Colton & Tia figure it out, then possibly follow suit and path of their friends, Adam G. and Raven G. Just my opinion + thoughts. Maybe Colton & Tia will be eventually a real couple, given more time and space. Love can't and shouldn't be rushed. The fact that Tia and Colton hung out and were flirty before the show began filming was a built in story line for producers, so they banked on it and extended it to paradise. What happened was Colton thought Tia was going to be The Bachelorette, so he hit her up and they got to chatting. Then, I late January, they spent a couple of days together in LA I believe. Then Colton was cast for Becca’s season, so he stopped talking to Tia. They never dated, it was just phrased that way to make the storyline more interesting/dramatic.
