I used to think the solution was to double down-do more, work harder.
But as I’ve matured (just a bit 😂), I’ve realized the key isn’t doing more; it’s getting better results from what you’re already doing.
If an agent is closing one deal out of 50 conversations, why push them to grind through 100 to close two? Instead, we need to coach them to close 3-5 deals out of those same 50 conversations. That's where KPI's matter.
