Yes bro, correct Column centre la bending moment zero so athanala athumari namba pannalam. Eg. Column Center la (L/4) distance 150mm c/c spacing use pannalam , top and bottom (L/4) la 125mm c/c spacing use pannalam (this spacing are just for assumption)
