Whats the difference between this kind of wrestling and the ADCC's submission wrestling?! Is it the same? I'm unable to see any differences.

The ADCC is a tournament Japan's Combat Wrestling is the way that japanese use to call submission wrestling.

I think adcc guys are better at playing guard and there’s more depth to it since most of those guys come from a jiu Jitsu background.

I meant depth in terms of playing guard but other than that, this is basically no gi grappling before it was ever popularized and overtaken by bjj practitioners. Ig it has more of a “catch” approach where wrestlers favor top positions and attempt subs from anywhere.
