Urban combatives is as real as it gets. Good to see your female partner goes all the way in. I can tell she is a warrior. I think she even calls you a piece of shit after the final drill (not sure). So, maybe this suggestion is out of place: For the palm strike drill, when it is her time to hold the pad, in order to protect her chest area better, wouldn't it be better for her to hold the kicking pad different? or maybe use a couple of Thai pads instead? Michiel's palm strikes look pretty powerful. Again, I'm no expert and I'm not there. I apologize in advance for being a keybooard warrior.

Haha thanks brother . I appreciate the feedback! Good point! But she hated me already. So I was like whatever she wants 🤣 but point taken brother!

Hi, am i right in thinking you are doing 10 push ups,10 superman(explosive), 10 sets of palms. Repeat 3 times with no rest. Then its exactly the same for the other exercises? Thanks
@schoolofselfprotection3 жыл бұрын
Yes..10/15 strict push ups followed with no rest with superman push ups followed with no rest with palmstrikes 10/15 times. Then you rest 1 minute. And do that 2 times more. Then go to the pull variation and legs..

I've started directing people towards this channel who I think are going to get themselves in the hospital or the morgue if they follow the advice on KZbin videos they show me.
