I have taught Karate for 25 years .. with its limitations and its benefits! ... However I think your incite, experience, method of delivery and pure scientific application are ground-breaking and I have taken many of your 'proven ideas' on board. Thank you! Your method is the modern 'requirement. Brilliant!

I respect your sentiment and heartfelt comment, but just for the future, “Insight" and "incite" are easy to confuse because they sound identical (i.e., they are perfect homonyms). However, their meanings are very different. "Insight" means "an understanding (due to insider knowledge or analysis)." For example: Lee’s work provides a very useful insight into how real shit happens on the street, as compared to the Dojo. "Incite" however, means "to stimulate action." For example: I am not trying to incite an argument in my comment, only help put spelling, syntax and grammar into their correct contextual context.

I'm in my 50s and trained multiple arts from all over the globe, I've taken out what I thought was useful to put in my toolbox, I wish I'd have bumped into Lee when I was younger and not with a catalogue of injuries now, this just makes sense all of it just makes sense, I'm old enough to have been in the scenarios Lee talks about and this scientific application works you are a true professor of violence (in a self defence sense) your system is groundbreaking keep doing what you are doing and all the best big respect

I'm trying to simplify my self defence skills to one or two initial moves. Having too many options will slow your reaction time. I love the spiked elbow crash entry and can be used pro- actively and reactively.

My first instinct to the scenario you put forward was a cover crash used as entry to maul/smash/head control. A response I picked up from your materials years ago and pressure tested the hell out of to awesome effect.

To be fair it gets a lot I stick these days, but I had a wing chun teacher who taught a similar technique to this. That’s quite reassuring because I know Lee knows his stuff.

Great work as usual!!! The best! I never come into another man's forum with a reference, but I don't think Lee would mind if I said Kamaru Usman used the Jut Sau to KO Masvidal.

The last alternative sounds the most practical to me personally, since i am much smaller than the guy with you. And flanking, ballistically of course, makes the most sense to me. Also the spiked elbow entry. Thank you for these life saving techniques!!!!

if someone tries to crush your hand in a handshake it helps to stretch your fingers out like your pointing, but into a cone shape, like your trying to get your fingertips to touch each other in one point.. i don't know why but that stops the attempt at crushing your fingers from working

this look curious, however imagine that that other guy actually hits back and does not wait for you to pull your tricks on their posture.. In real life situation, you'd still get a punch to the face.

There is a difference between an aggressor in a "boxing" stance, and a "boxer". If you meet Tyson, or Pacquiao on the street, be polite because you have your hands full. This is applicable against a douche in a guard that you can catch with violence of action.

I like your ways of dealing with things, do you have many fast first strikes from a relaxed position, like looking like your arms are folded when in actual fact they are just lying one atop the other and ready to strike, I use this due to a disability, I also use a Jo, actually a heavy oak shovel handle, which is handed so it automatically tells me what edge I'm going to strike with as I have cut and filed a lower 12-inch section to an edge on the one side, resulting in an egg shape. Works fantastically, I can stand when approached, in a relaxed style, with the handing looking like I couldn't strike when in actual fact I can perform something like a Samurai sword Draw and strike the eye orbital bone or neck with it, Devastating! Do you have a video showing any more sudden strikes like that, I'm 70 with a Broken back, still at it. However, my left side is failing now it seems, they want to steal; my two big Pyranese dogs, but that ain't Happening, appreciate any suggestions, I'm stuck here in Trudeau's Hellscape.
