I want to be without emotions. I'm currently doing some daily exercises to control my emotions, to numb them down as much as possible. To not get overly angry, or overly empathic. Takes a lot of self control and meditation and stuff, to actually got to a point where sometimes you're not able to feel anything. I want to bring myself to a point where I can lead a life without those. Without fear. Without love. Without care. Without hate. Without tears or laugh. The rest is just the clock ticking. A machine doing it's daily routine until it expires. Because I'm just too tired of hurting and feeling and loving and crying and hating. Recently as I'm beginning not to feel some things, my life has become a bit easier.

It can be indeed very difficult and painful to fully experience emotions, especially negative ones. You didn't mention specifics of what you're going through but it's clear that you are hurt and exhausted, and it's all valid. I can relate to wanting an escape from emotional pain. But controlling your emotions is not the same as numbing them or eliminating them. Sorry to be blunt but what you are doing is basically you sweep the trash under the rug instead of properly disposing it. Controlling means you let yourself feel the emotion then apply a healthy reaction. What you are doing right now will only make your pain worse. I hope you are in a better place now since you posted this comment. Be patient, kind to yourself and give yourself time.
