Complete, comprehensive and effective combos. Effective in street fights. I will practice this in the gym,correctly of course, but may improvise slightly on the 7th movement with a jab right elbow instead of a cross elbow, and the ending 11th and 12th movement with low kicks instead of high ones. Think of doing the front push/thrust kick as kicking a door straight through. You bring the leg up towards you, and then you really push, in the motion as if your kicking a door through, thats how it works. But to get better at them you have to keep practicing them. When I was young back when I first started I couldnt do them also , so i used to go to open sessions in my club and train on my own with the bag, I used to do somewhat like 70-80 push kicks and other things thats i was not good at!

Vgood techniques and movement on knees, the jab/cross and liver punch and elbows. The more you view this video the more accurate your techniques including movement will be.

@tsi2568 Master K has been trying to improve my push kicks by having me kind of "uncoil" them. Bringing your heel up to your hamstring and then the bent leg comes up so that your knee is in your own chest and then it just blasts straight out from there. (I think you can hear him and see him do this in this vid (-.kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIOxq3eFptmpbJo). All your power comes from the standing leg and your groin muscles. What do you perceive as your problem right now?
