COMBINATION SALAD
2 lbs bologna, coarsely ground with a grater
4 to 5 boiled eggs and grated too
cheddar cheese to equal about a little over 1 cup grated
1⁄2 cup dill pickle relish
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing(like miracle whip)
Use a grater or a old fashion hand grinder or use food processor to grate or grind your bologna, cheese, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together in a big bowl.
I used Tupperware's master system base with grater shedder accessory,
but you can also use the fusion master mincer accessory attachment.
It is best to chill a hour before serving, we like to spread on bread and make sandwiches out of it, or serve it with crackers, or serve it on bed of lettuce and eat it at a salad.
Note: you can also use a combination of bologna and ham too in this recipe! I also didn't put any salt in this recipe either because the bologna and dill pickle relish is salty.
