Hang in there. I haven't been around people for almost 2 years. I took care of my mother. Towards the end I couldn't leave her alone. Had everything delivered. Only left the house for doctor appointments and to pick up meds. She passed right before COVID. I remember telling people at her funeral to look out. I would be visiting and going places. 2 weeks after her funeral we were in lockdown. Keep your eyes on the prize. Have a big potluck with friends and family when this is all over!

@@TSmith-lw3fz you have a lot of issues as-well. You went under almost every comment in here and for what ? To judge someone else when you obviously need to consider and judge your own actions. See how you have no moral compass ? That’s why so many people need the love of Christ in their hearts. You’re letting the devil just tell you how to behave. Don’t you have any compassion for the feelings of other people ? Or is it selective, only for those who you lust after or have a respect of persons for ? How can you feel so angry and haughty watching a KZbin video…….. a whole KZbin video has you being keyboard warrior. No one’s looking at this woman like she’s crazy just for her cooking videos. All your comments are saying is that you are unhappy with yourself and it makes you feel better to point out the flaws of others. This brings back wonderful memories of my Dad making this with an old fashioned metal grinder. He’ll be gone 20 years now on the 13th of Feb. We always took these ground bologna sandwiches on fishing trips etc. Because of our family of 7, I would line up the Schaffer’s Bread on the long counter, then spread on the sandwich filling, someone else would top them and then put them back into the now empty bread bag. Those sandwiches were always soo darn good!! Thanks for the memories sister! I’m gonna go out this week and buy me some bologna to make this in my dad’s honor!

Need more "old fashioned" recipes like this for sure on the internet. For the pickle juice, I like to reserve it and soak my raw chicken in it for a day or two before frying it up and olive juice is even better for that.
