urjent clarification dani you used the service load for the calculation of shear force and bending moment. We need to use the service load for sizing of foundation and the ultimate or factored load for determination of reinforcement,

Hi how are you.. So, of course we have to use a service load for the determination of footing area and we have to use the ultimate load for the determination of the depth and Reinforcement bar design and that part is discussed more in the isolated footing design that is why it is skipped also we have clarified that in the description box below.

I’m glad the videos helped so coming to your question simply if a foundation column have a monent in the x or y direction you just have to consider that in the excel template. So the change will be there will be a bit more re-bar concentration below this column or depth of footing as a whole will be increased you can check this case by inputing your values in to the excel template.

Thanks for the comment.The only place that the pasword present is on the formula part but the rest of the cell you can put any value you want i.e. you can practice by it.
