You can comb any locs out. With few exceptions like extreme breakage.

@@Brownmahfun I have colored hair lol as long as you take care of it, it doesn't fall out. color doesn't damage your hair, it weakens it. If you don't take care of weakened hair then it begins to become damaged and falls out. So not necessarily.

@@Brownmahfun go do a quick search on KZbin. There are many queens with long colored hair. Myself Included. I should've been bald a long time ago then. I've colored my hair 3 times as a loose natural. 3 times while I had locs. I'm currently combing out my locs and they're waist length. When I add water it also instantly curls up. Unlike people without an actual hair care regime, I take care of my hair.
