Escape to the Dream is another vlog (if you can find the time in your busy lives). The couple themselves and the mother of one sharing all the manual work, doing the lot inside and out. Having a go at things they have never done. Thankfully extended family and/or friends come and help, but what they have achieved since the beginning is incredible. All good things take time. Completely understand your thinking around what you are doing well done, people don’t really understand the effort and time it takes to make the content you do team, I understand trying to put up content each week, fortnight and month it’s a lot of work. We are heading over to start our second channel with our renovation in the south of France, on the 4th of July be great to catch up with you again Bec’s and meet Jack, Nicola, Zara and I looking forward to being back in France and hopefully see you again. Love your videos and think you have a beautiful family! I will be waiting patiently for June 1st. You tube has become a bit of a reprieve for me as my daughter was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer and has had major surgeries and is now in the midst of chemo. I so appreciate being able to escape for a few minutes to unwind and thanks to videos like yours it makes that possible.❤

I am so sorry to hear that about your daughter, totally understand that need for escape. ❤️ We'll do our best to make the first monthly video a real treat (and a bit longer). All the best for you and your daughter, I hope the Chemo goes well and she's not having too many of the nasty side effects. The other channel that Becs mentioned she loves watching (@kingingit) stars a cancer survivor with a really wonderful story and some totally rocking wigs, if that's of any interest. Really fun lovely people.

@@growinginfrance Awe so kind of you to respond. I have watched kingingit, they are so cute and funny. I first saw them on another channel I watch called Eamon and Bec. She also had cancer. My daughter does have a wig but wears it only to go out as it hurts her scalp, yes a nasty side effect from chemo. My daughter is a real trooper like many that have to gone through this journey that nobody would ever sign up for. Again thanks so much, it is greatly appreciated!❤

So our property has two houses, the longere (where we live) and the Maison de maitre (the big one) - right now we're renovating the longere (though our specific plans have recently changed, Becs chats a bit about this in a recent video 😉) and then once that's done we'll move on to a full restoration of the Maison de Maitre, trying to restore it to its former glory!
