Yes, a flocked tree sheds. I've read a couple of different "cures" to stop the shedding but I have no idea if they work. The first is to spray the tree down with hair spray, let dry for 24 hours before decorating. The second is to spray the tree down with a mixture of glue and water, let dry for 24 hours before decorating. The tree turned out beautifully, I love the combinations of colors you used and the ribbon adds the final touch of luxury.

😮The tree is beautiful it's not ready to go out to greener pastures! The tree looks gorgeous! FYI: Jo-Ann's has some nice looking green ribbons this year, one I like in particular is the dark green with shadowy white trees and brassy colored stiching. I purchased that one to use next year with my green ornaments.
