Ms lady I’m 50 with you this year and you are so right about your body going through changes. I’m post menopausal and so glad it’s gone. I made some changes as well and have dropped a size plus weight (13 lbs), seeing some abs and muscle definition (I do a 90 day challenge) as well as blood pressure being normal and lowered my cholesterol. I like meat too much to be completely vegan but I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies and I did cut back on the amount of meat and including some meatless meals and clean eating. I do take vitamin supplements (d3+ k2, c, magnesium, probiotic and collagen powder in my coffee). I didn’t have much weight to loose but I just want to be healthy and be around for my family for a long time. You are truly an inspiration and wishing you all the best

God is speaking through you today!! Turned 50 this year and it's like a switch was flipped.....having problems with my body that I've never had before. Tears for no reason unless I'm subconsciously holding onto to past traumas. Coughing up and spitting up mucus everyday, swollen sinuses, aches/pains that I've never felt before and even new symptoms right before the start of my menstrual cycle. Been juicing for about 4-5 months but finding it hard to never eat cooked food so have not lost the weight that I desperately need to get rid of. But it's nice to know that I am not alone.....

Whew HelenH! You certainly helped me today! I’ve been vegan for 3 years and lost 50 lbs but gained about 30 back due to inconsistency with exercise and eating more carbs and late at night. Thank you for the inspo…this has encouraged me to find my why and do what works for me. I hear you on the seamoss! I can’t swallow it Either! I will check out the capsules. Also I can relate to to the teas! Im going to try to start drinking a cup at night instead of reaching for the snacks. Thanks for the tip with drying lemongrass. I am growing my own too.

Hi Helen, I came across your channel and let me just say you look amazing. Keep grinding and never give up. I went vegan two years ago when I learned I had onset osteoarthritis due to an injury my doctor told me to go plant-based to offset inflammation and do daily exercise. I have never been overweight but I did eat meat. I have never felt so good and feel so healthy. In my osteoarthritis, I have very little pain, I lift weights three days a week and I know it has helped tremendously. I will be almost 60 years old and I don't feel it one bit. So changing your eating habits and exercising daily do work. So glad I found your channel and definitely a new follower 😊

Listen those car accidents will have your entire body, mind and soul out of wack. It's a huge change and we as human often don't like change. I had to get my mind right first then my body followed. I was scared I was going to make injuries worse. But I learn to take my time and do it at my own pace. I'm in no race. You got this.... one day at a time

I injured my entire Spine in a freak accident in March of 2021. The accident took me out of work, caused me to have Ambulatory and neuropathy issues and through many MRI's I learned that I have MS and the accident put me into relapse. Life is so crazy and I knew I needed to loose weight to help with the spinal pain. I started eating raw fruits and vegetables earlier this year and I'm 37 lbs down and counting. I found this channel 2 months ago while looking into going plant based and I. glad I found d this channel. This channel has blessed my life and I am so glad to know I am nit in this alone. I just found your channel, and as others have said, you are an inspiration. Not only that, you’ve expressed so many of my same feelings about things. For example, texture is everything to me, and I only consume foods that I can tolerate the texture. Like I do not like tomatoes, but I’m fine with tomato sauce; however, it cannot be chunky-and the same for peanut butter in that it must be smooth without chunks of peanuts. There were other similarities we share, and you are probably the first person that I’ve heard with these. Thank you so much for sharing, and as others have said, you look fabulous. I’ll be 65 in August 2024 and have been on my health journey for quite some time as I have several illnesses. I love that you have all natural herds to make drinks. I have a Auto immune disease that causes anxiety, panic attacks lots of stress and I’m glad I found you because listening to the things that you do is really going to help me. I change my diet all vegan last year. I’ve been getting better as I’ve been 2 1/2 years. And I like the natural teas that you make because I was told not to drink the ones in the tea bags because they have a lot of blockers in them by a herbalist. So I could learn a lot from you to help me become a healthier person.
