Wow Fi you are truly amazing you look fantastic too! I'm really proud of you on how far you've come. Thank you for the updates on the new things you learn and discover. I like your reviews on different chocolates, pastries and other foods you're trying again & foods you're trying for the first time. Just remember to take it one day at a time & if something doesn't work for you don't put pressure on yourself to be perfect. You're always a delight ❤.

i absolutely love these and just listening to what you have to say. i recently challenged a costa tuna panini, and i want to try the bean and cheese toastie now! weirdly, costa used to be a big fear food place but i actually think it might now be a safe place for me to get lunch if i ever find myself needing lunch when i am out. i love shreddies for breakfast with crumpets and a banana too.

DEFINITELY a CRUNCHY cereal gal. Cannot stand it when it goes soggy. The best ones to hold their crunch I've found so far are Curiously cinnamon, Krave, Cheerios and Cookie crisp.

❤ I have a lot of gi stuff, partly before my ed and more ibs and anxiety related but definitely exacerbated by years of ed stuff so I totally emphasise w you, it's hard enough without this but adding it to the mix makes it much worse 😣 xox

@@actgirl1234567 What started my my gi issues was getting off of a psychiatric drug come 2 years next month and still I haven't healed...I use to have this thing many years ago where at times it felt like food wasn't sitting right and cause pain and discomfort but it wasn't a regular occurrence just every once in a while but after getting off of that drug I've dealt with that issue plus belching and sometimes belches getting stuck,not being able to eat a whole lot,been living off of soup,ritz crackers and just recently drinking 2 Boosts a day,really tired of not being able to eat other foods for fear they might not digest/settle properly,it's definitely not easy.

@@cynthiajackson1807 no, the food anxiety for those reasons is an added thing that is really difficult when you're trying to recover, plus many ed specialists dismiss them/say it will get better just w recovery but it's more complicated than that. I wish you (and all of us) the best, less pain and discomfort and fear ❤
