Love your video! Temple mount was mentioned. Many biblical scholars don't believe that was where Solomon's and Herod's temple were. Old Testament suggests it was where the Gihon spring is. That was absolutely necessary for the temple to have fresh water. Temple mount only has sisterns...stale water.

I heard forever ago that the children of Israel came back with “ZEN” Zerubbabel (temple), Ezra (law), Nehemiah (walls) - I’ve never forgot it

My husband and I were listening when John mentioned that his students want to know what the Jews do today without a temple. And he had a thought that we don't know if it has any merit to it. But he wondered if one of the reasons the temple in Jerusalem hasn't been rebuilt in all these years is that the law of animal sacrifice was replaced by a higher law. So without a temple the Jews would not continue to be performing a blood sacrifice that was no longer needed. Just a thought.
