I came upon you channel when I was searching Coming Follow Me study helps. I love you guys. Loved this lesson because I can relate as a lost sheep. I was inactive for 19 years. The Savior found me and helped me to find my way back to church. I am so grateful he seeks after His lost sheep. The gospel means so mush to me. I grateful for your lessons each week. They help me so much and makes me smile through tough times. Thank you for taking time out of your busy life to share these lesson with us. I was lost 18 years ago. After being inactive for 8 years the Lord sent an angel to my door & prepared the way for me to come back! When i chose to stop going to church I took everything for granted. Back then I felt like I "had" to go to church. It took my visiting teacher over a year to get me to church. I was so lost but then step by step I came to be so grateful to the Lord that He had prepared the way for me to not only come back but He gave me such an appreciation for everything in my life! I thank the Lord every day for blessing my life with so much. At this same time our eldest grandson was getting ready to leave on his mission. The Lord knew that I would do anything for our grandson. I have been the recipient of being converted to the church, something I never thought would happen because I didn't feel worthy of such a blessing. I have been blessed with answers to prayers & many miracles these past 10 years. A very long time ago the Lord blessed me with HOPE. This hope has been there to remind me that the Lord can change things for our good. I used to get very depressed for days. I have not had any moments of depression these past 10 years! The Gospel is TRUE, Jesus is the true redeeming Savior whom I love so much. I will forever be eternally grateful that He sent me someone to help me return back to Him. Signed the no longer lost 100th sheep! I have been listening to you for over 3 years now & would never miss a week. You have helped me so much with the lessons but mostly with the spirit you both have. I hope you have fun in Hawaii!! 🥰❤❤

I think I may have told you this before I had joined the church in 1973 but had left again for a few years and when two of the priest came and ask if I wanted my name off the records I said ok .A few years later two missionary knocked on my door and stared to say who they were .I told them I had once belonged to the church and they asked if they could teach me again I said no but they kept coming until I finally said yes they taught me again and when they ask me to be babtised I again said no but they kept coming and kept asking and I kept saying no until one day Elder Grant Guinn who was from Hawaii also just said do you believe the church is true I replied I know it's true so why are you not being babtised and here I am thanks to Elder Grant Guinn and Elder Jones from Arizona

My favorite scripture is “Jesus wept”. So if I would have been a student in Steve’s class that is also an answer I would have given. I also Found that when Jesus wants us to be found, he sends his servants…and I believe that was you Steve when you found your missing Seminary students. They knew they were noticed. When the prodigal son hit rock bottom is when he wanted to change. Sometimes I think we need to be patient with people. Most of us (everyone) needs to be humbled enough to want to have God’s love ❤️

I FOUND this channel a few years ago when I was looking for ways to mark my scriptures and I found Steve’s video which led me to finding the Come Follow Me videos for the Book of Mormon. I love that Chelsea has joined you and how respectful you are to each other and when you look at each other there is true love there. Sincere condolences to Steve for his loss of his sweet mentor. Such powerful words found in John 11:25-27 I am grateful for the experiences I have had in my life for they all have brought me closer to our Savior Jesus Christ. New goal for me. As i have read this lesson i could not help but think how many tears i have cryed because of my wayward son and a few grandchildren who have strayed and then I think about how our Father in Heaven and Jesus cry over so many of his sons and daughters in the world have strayed. I just can't imagine the heart ache and then the joy when they are found.

Found, I love the song "Amazing Grace" mixed with "My Chains are Gone" every time I hear it I think of how far gone I had let myself go. But through the Grace of God, these Senior Missionaries came to our door and found me. I went to church on occasion, but I really didn't feel the Spirit, probably because I didn't feel like I was worthy. But then, as we hung out with these extraordinary people , I began to feel the Spirit more and more. Then a miraculous thing happened. My husband and I were sealed in the San Diego Temple. The happiest day of my life. We came back to the fold. Now, when I feel sorrow from sin, I know I can feel the miracle of forgiveness as I repent. I understand why Jesus Wept a bit more. I love you, you guys rock. All your preparation is a blessing to me and my family. Thank you

I love and rely on our Savior to pull me from the depths of hell when l draw closer to Him. My Dad and I found a lot of parts for his 1966 Dodge Charger in Fresno. I FOUND another very important player in the parable of the man with 2 sons. I feel such warmth come from the servant when, "he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound" i feel like he is just as excited as the Father. As i am writing i feel like the servants= prophets. Ready to do all very quickly and very happy about the lost being FOUND! When the son came home thinking he would just sneak in and become a servant he didn't know that to be a servant you have to be committed to the Father's work. Thanks for everything! Jenni Bond

We are truly living the scriptures where leaders who should be guiding us to higher standards, working for peace, dignity, reminding us to cae for each other, that life is sacred. I love the word FOUND and it's meaning. Ever since I was a little girl, I've had a true fear of becoming lost (to the point I sometimes exclude myself from doing things I want to do because there might be a possibility of getting lost) I know.... Weird😂 I love in these chapters that what is lost is found! Its a comfort to my soul that we are never lost to our Father in Heaven. He knows where we are at all times! I love that He gave us the gift of our Savior Jesus Christ to follow. That if we look to Christ and follow Him, we will never lose our way. But if we do find ourselves lost from Him we can turn back to the last place we saw Him and knew Him in our lives (Luke 2:45) and He will be there and we will find Him. He will be waiting for us to come to Him and He will carry us, embrace us and rejoice with us. Not sure if that make sense 😂🤔 I have been listening to you and printing off the handouts to keep in a binder when it was just Scott teaching. Loved it then and love the addition of Chelsea too! Couple years ago while serving in our ward Relief Society Presidency, I had an less active reach out to me. I have continued to be in touch with her. One of her daughters children go to the same elementary school as our youngest son. I have gotten to know her and her family. My husband’s cousin Eva Ana is in the Hau’ula Ward. Is that where you go when you visit Oahu? She and I were MTC companions and went on our missions to Hawaii. We ended up being assigned back together at the end of our missions for a couple of months. She ended up living there and married a local guy. I met my husband through her. Found! Extra interesting word today - my car keys which were lost several months ago finally emerged from the snow. I had no idea where I had lost them, but they evidently fell out out of my pocket when clearing snow at our church building. To Martha's credit, she had been a faithful student of the Scriptures. She was looking beyond the mark because she thought the Master spoke of the Resurrection at the end of the world. I just love Christ's methodology so much in John 11. Sans His Atonement's fulfillment, this was probably His best work.

The Prodigal just wanted to be away from his father to show that he could make it on his own. That's the perfect parable for Christ to teach as pertaining to human nature.

"need no repentance" was obviously sarcasm. Christ also used this dynamic when He said "the whole need no physician but those who are sick." Of course, everyone needs Christ's grace to progress. There's certain things we cannot do ourselves.

PORTENSE and PRECEDENTS: I love how John Chapter 11 reveals to "many" Jesus Christ's Father-given heavenly authority and resulting earthly power, because many also believed on Him back then. Then, in clear portense, Jesus asks citizens of Ephraim to believe in and follow Him. See verses 54 and 55 that provide for all latter-day believers, and modern Ephraim, our needed teachings and examples to use in The Gathering right now as we wait upon The Lord's Second Coming. They are in the ministering parables of Luke chapters 12 through 17. Father in Heaven knew then what we would again need now. SEE, how we are loved, even now.
