Thank u so much, Brother Halverson. The impact of your podcast is beyond measure for me. Listening to it daily on my way to work creates a Christ-like disposition great enough to minister thru example. I gain understanding and helps through my Scripture study as u explain verse by verse. Romans 1-6 in 3 parts has been a great learning session with you. Thanks so much again and again.

Thank you! I had written a long long worded response of how I was touched. I wrote it in my journal instead so I can remember. It is so difficult to watch our children deny God. I for one and like many of you have hope that miracles of Christ will come and lead them back to God! This for many is a great trial. I for one believe Pres. Nelson’s words that we need to “expect miracles”. I do expect miracles in small ways and big ways and I pray I will be grateful when they come in God’s timing and His own ways. I love the concept of accepting contraries. Thank you for the peace of God’s words through you.

1:09 Thank you for going through this Book slowly and clean with insights on the very beginning of the Prophet's. Love them all. Many people who hang on to people till every organ fails I know is a touchy subject. Because I was hearing and trying to Talk to others for three weeks in a coma, organs good conditions. I had to let my baby go at the age of six months and seventeen days old But I let our Priesthood Holders come to give her blessings and prayers for whatever Heavenly Father wanted after weeks of her being in pain and losing weight down to birth weight. I love having the JST in the Book of Roman. Just love Paul giving his life just like our current Apostles in the service,it's life long and their wife, children services until they leave home yet they continue to serve always in the church ❤️❤️❤️

Wow. Even though I am a strong believer in Jesus Christ and his atoning in sacrifice, I must admit, I think I have been overly leaning to the Law side as it pertains to myself. Much to think about in terms of being happy in my imperfection - not excusing myself, but finding joy in the grace of God.

Thank you! It's a battle for sure with different beliefs on "Saved by grace alone" Especially from the Evangelical and other's view points. We are not here to fight one another. The new commandment Jesus left us with..... Love one another. As we show the fruits of our LABOR in the flesh when we read in Galatians. Even using our brain and opening our mouth takes work to agree, disagree or come to a happy middle ground. Lol - okay..... had to throw that one in. 😂 Very well put my Brother, so graceful and professionally laid out! Yes... we are saved by that beautiful grace however, there is a difference when a person doesn't want to be saved just by grace alone, but exalted with the Gods above the Heavens. Thank you and eternally grateful, with our face pressed to the dirt at the glorious sight of our precious, patient, long-suffering, LOVING Savior, JESUS CHRIST❤ Who WORKED through and with HIS BLOOD, sweat, and tears in the Garden of Gethsemane for ALL.

I read Hebrews 4:13. It reminded me of Adam and Eve in the garden and being unashamed because of that "perfected sphere " Walking and speaking with the Gods. It's intresting to cross-reference that eye word to Proverbs 5:21. These action verbs ( ways and goings) So important on doing. Notice how it's mentioned that the Lord does not view on thoughts so much in these chapters. People can be lazy, depressed, happy, have thoughts inside a mind(evil or righteous) Until things are put into motion HE pondereth that more..... This has been a power testimony for me! I think we all struggle with living that higher law Jesus taught about thoughts. This is the huge boundary line when things are put into action vs having negative thoughts and leaving it alone and not acting upon those. Could we all pause for a moment and realize that Jesus was tempted on ALL things, yet never sinned. Contemplating what was going on inside his heart, mind and spirit. HIS Father knew exactly what was going on inside all of this and with HIM. This is why this makes it so miraculously wonderful and relatable! I've pondered HIM, while painfully breathing in the Garden and pouring out blood for all of us. I'm sure there were different levels of intensity of each sin he felt. One day to sit with our Master and just listen. It would be fascinating to hear from his lips each detail and have a deeper understanding and appreciation for this endless LOVE❤️ I love in 16 the last vs. Let us come boldly unto the throne of grace. I can't speak for others, but that boldly word cries out actions loud and clear to me. Not just a thought or casual approach of just being saved by grace. How fitting to end this chapter with that grace word you taught so eloquently! Thank you,😇

Studying Paul's teachings just make me even more grateful for the prophets of the Book of Mormon. They explained the same things in much clearer ways to my mind. I appreciate the depth to which you take us in terms of doctrine, etc. but I still find Paul fatiguing.

Abraham was blessed again after Sarah's death. According to the Book of Genesis, Abraham married Keturah after the death of his first wife, Sarah. Abraham and Keturah had six sons. Many nations came from Ishmael too! What a posterity for Abraham!

Honest question. Do we get grace without repentance? I just noticed we never mentioned repentance which I thought was the gift of His grace. I also thought the law was his love. Sorry I feel confused.

How about just being REAL... Do as your heart really feels... I don't think fake work is going to work for The Lord.. He knows your heart and why you are doing things. In other words, if you say "I'm helping my neighbor so I can be saved or I'm paying tithing so I can be saved" that's not true honest desires of the heart... Should be I'm helping my neighbor because I want to help, I am paying tithing or baptisms for the dead because I really want to help and hopefully assist in saving people... True desires of a good heart and soul
