The miners did not switch labels on the jug that was labeled coca cola. It was a syrup jug used at the soda fountains from the 1930s. Same as the coffee jar. Great video as always. Thanks for taking us along.

This is probably a stretch but the "Peter blew up 3/2/18" could be a reference to WW1. March 2nd was the fall of Kiev and a day later Russia pulled out of the war. The same war that ended the Russian Empire established by Peter the Great. Might all be a coincidence but kind of interesting either way.

It comes from WW2 , the original # he was some safety inspector at the shipyard and put his name on anything he had inspected. So the GIs started tagging places when they got somewhere new, just to say that Kilroy was here first! Lol 😆

Nonsense guys! You all watch too many fictitious movies and Roadrunner cartoons. Dynamite expires in 1 year after manufacture and most if not all of the nitroglycerin would have wept out decades before any of us were even born. Would be surprised if you could even chemically detect a trace of nitro left in any 1920s dynamite remnants. All that is left would be maybe nitrate residue in the clay sorbent.
