Mashallah 🥰 I’m sure any you choose will be the perfect one. I did not like #2 for you, it just seemed like the bathroom counters were not up to standards of your aesthetic 😅. Love #3. If you choose #1 make sure to do testing for mold, some of the insulation looked dark but it could have been something else or the way that the lighting was. Just something I have become very aware of after an incident. May Allah bless you

Assuming they are all the same price: Get #3 and start moving in ahead of the wedding. It seems it would be a lot of stress to be dealing with #1, a new home build, and also getting ready for your wedding, and would be a huge ‘test’ so early in your marriage. Practically speaking, there is no need to get too invested in the design aspects of a new build when it is unlikely to be your forever home. Also, #3 seems to have low landscaping upkeep, which is also nice when you’d rather be spending time advancing your career. No, just no, for #2

The third one is beautiful and spacious. I really like the layout of it. But nothing beats that gorgeous lounge area in the first house overlooking the room downstairs. When that house is finished that communal area is going to be AMAZING. Also if the view is going to stay the same, the bedrooms at the back of the house all benefit from that. I liked the location of the master, directly behind the kitchen, less in that first house. All in all both 1 and 3 were my favs. I'd make the choice based on location.

If I would guess the second one was actually kind of your style, it was minimalistic and chic and also spacious! If you would buy the first one you showed, is there any possibility to kind of change for example tiles or the material of the floor?? Since the house is unfinished and you are the buyer- this would open so many options and also give you wonderful content material 😍 By the way I love your wedding content, I wish you will have the greatest time of your life, this is really exciting!
