It’s so very interesting to see how other junk journal makers put together their signatures. Especially a maker that is as good as you are. Thank you.❤

Oh me too, it's amazing how many different ways there are! I start my journals quite methodically, but once we get amongst it, lol, it's not going to be as methodical! It certainly won't be page by page lol I just couldn't! The journal just wouldn't be me. So as something pops into my mind to make or create, I'm just going to film it 🩷🤗

There will be lots of page makes in this one, it's a promised series from beginning to end, which will mean every page filmed 🥰

Another thing to incorporate in my next journal which I've never done - just ripping the pages. I always use a paper guillotine/scissors but I really like this look. Thank you for this series, Sara-Lee!

Loving this process, do you have a u tube on how you coffee & tea stain papers? Every crafter seems to have a different way of doing this.
@sara-leearmstrong5009Ай бұрын
Hi 🤗💛 thank you Not specifically plain coffee/tea staining but you could watch this one and not use the dye. The drying times and process is the same 💛kzbin.info/www/bejne/oHObgqZ6qL6IbbMsi=HKgFzBP0SsHzJYaT And this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6DLgaygispmaM0si=odJJZG964D0JrGIH

You are awesome, Sara. 🫶🏻 Thank you so much for teaching us how to do journals properly. I still struggle and have to hide my mistakes in my journals. I appreciate all the time you put into creating step by step videos. You are an amazing teacher. ❤️🥰 Donna

Hi , new subbie here. Could you give the measurements of the book and the spine please. I’m new to this and I’m trying to get a feel of the amount of pages, signatures etc… for the size of the books. I don’t want gator mouth journals. lol Can’t wait to see how it turns out. I do like the book jacket for the cover. Thanks for doing this video. 🦃🦃
@sara-leearmstrong5009Ай бұрын
@jodimartin4250 oh this will totally be a gator mouth! 😂😂😂 my journals always are! But of course, the measurements are H18cm x W12.5cm X Spine 3cm Lovely to have you join me 🥰🩷 thank you

It’s easier to rip papers if you pull on the wide side so instead of pulling on the small strip that you don’t want you can pull the side you do want. I hope you understand what I’m trying to explain 😅
@sara-leearmstrong500920 күн бұрын
Hehe unless you're a lefty! Then everythings more awkward! Sometimes I find it easier to rip the small side so I can see if it's square and I'm ripping off the right amount. Perhaps it would be easier if I had a clear ruler to do it your way 🥰🩷
