I saw that the facility might be sold and was wondering what the current state of the retreat is. I would love to make plans if it is still open. Tlhanks

Le vieux Couvent has been for sale for a few years now but it’s going to take somebody special to take it over. They have put the sale on hold until next year. The facility is still functioning and open to artists I am taking a group over there in June 2023

How do you get your paint colours so vibrant? your work is so beautiful💐

Bardotte thank you.. I like to leave a great deal of the white paper visible and I use mostly transparent watercolors ..Value is also key to any strong painting so I am a stickler for creating strong darks as well..I appreciate your comment, thanks so much
