If it was me after making a promise to the Gambian people to step down i will step down, to continue and i didn't stick to my promise, my pride will not even allow me to stay. A promise is a promise. This is just my opinion 🤷 The truth is sometimes hard to swallow, but the truth is the truth. Sometimes it's all about greed. This is about the Gambian people. I don't like to get involved in politics, but i will support any president who is for the people of the Gambia, Healthcare, Education and Jobs should be number priority and i don't see anything like that yet from this present government. I love my hometown Gambia 🇬🇲 may God bless and protect the Gambia.

He tasted something he never dreamed of(POWER), and then the greed came into play period. Most Gambians never knew who he was prior 2016, and he knows that. This seems to be the usual problem in The Gambia, Tribalism. Nothing else. Work together guys you have a wonderful country don’t tear it apart. Everyone thought that Adama Barrow was Mandinka but when they discovered he was Fula the Mandinka want him out.

@@laminceesay1580 You can tell me I am wrong but don't accuse me of lying. It doesn't matter to me but I have friends who are from different tribes both of whom tell me he is either Mandinka or Fula. That is not my problem but the way you responded to my comment suggests that this is where the problem in the Gambia is. Does it matter what tribe he is from if he does well for the Gambian people?

@@tsw8848 i agree with you tom, tribalism is without a doubt a huge problem in africa, however the only groups that continue to galvanize it are the older generation, who have used it to their advantage for decades..but it is changing slowly with the prevalence of education amongst the youths.
