i just figured out the i want raise my child (future) in canada so they can speak english and french it’s so beautiful

I recommend to raise them in Montreal, everywhere else in Canada the main language is English and most people aren’t fluent in French. I’m from Toronto and I had to learn French for six years as part of the curriculum. From my experience French was really only taught just because it is the law for us to learn it and not really beach it’s the second national language or just a practical skill to have. In my opinion whenever I was in French class all the phrases I learned felt very robotic and to this day I only know how to introduce myself and read basic French. PS.I went to a French and english elementary school, so when I was in grade four ( the first year kids start learning French) I expected to learn more.
