Kiwa 91 i shop at brandy all the time (most of my clothes are from there, but i also shop at urban, bershka, lulu’s, pacsun, american eagle,..) and literally all workers are nice. the only time i experienced a worker being “rude” was in vienna, about 2 years ago...it was my first time shopping in the actual store (not online) then and i didn’t know ur supposed to take a (i’m gonna say) tab with a number to go to the dressing room..since i don’t speak german she pulled my backpack and after that she was rly nice and turns out she spoke english...literally all brandy workers are sweet, idek who said they weren’t

Hey! They actually just want us to wear whatever clothes we would normally choose. A lot of times, if we find a cute outfit from another brand our bosses will ask for a picture for product research. It's sweet cuz I can dress however I want :)

Hi, Brandy actually doesn't do sales so their prices are the same year round. I will say that our store is extremely busy in the summer and during holidays so I prefer shopping there during the school week when it's quiet. Hope that helps xoxo
