10:35 when i'm having symptoms of cold and hayfever I gargle my mouth and throat (if you can also wash your nose), with lukewarm water with salt and baking soda in it, do it after you wash your teeth before sleep and you'll feel much better in the morning :) hope this helps!

I feel you with the allergies. I've been coughing more than I've been stopped up the past few days. Mucinex, Alavert, Alkezester or a daytime cold/flu allergy medicine is what I take when I get bad allergies due to the pollen in Texas. (I think I spelled the allergy medicines correctly, hopefully.) It's no joke here either. Plus sleeping in has helped me the past two days. My coughing fits haven't been as intense as when they started on Saturday. I've been sucking on peppermints, honey cough drops and drinking water as well.

I feel you with the allergies! You probably want an airpurifier not a humidifier. I've seen somewhere before that pollens split into even smaller pieces at a higher humidity so it gets easier for them to get into our system. Hope you feel better soon♥Can't wait for more videos :)

I've had terrible allergies since I was in elementary school, I love flonase!! I get the prescription brand from Kaiser and I cannot live without it. I also recommend Organic Olivia's Allergy Defense tonic, you take it everyday like 1-2 months before allergy season and it has changed my life.

I have allergies all year round because I am allergic to trees and grass and dust and outside in general 😂 I’m on prescription antihistamines and they’re the only thing that helps! But I’ve heard of you get bad hay fever, eating fresh honey that’s made in the area is meant to be good, I don’t know where that would be in New York tho so this is just bad advice 😅

HAYFEVER ADVICE!! get some LOCAL honey. It has to be from NY because the plants the bees pollinate are obviously different where you live. Your local farmers market should def have some honey vendors #savethebees 🐝

Allergies kill me, and I've only found one thing that actually helps: combination of a nasal spray and one of those daily allergy pills like Claritin. Costco has super cheap knock-offs of both that are super effective.
