Hey Kristen, I’m all the way from Iran and I’ve been a fan of yours since 2019. Due to silly restrictions here youtube is filtered but nothing can ever stop me from listening to youse pods and vlogs. You teach me something about myself everytime. I’m very into spiritual world and have been seeing patterns of myself feeling and experiencing same things as you and Alex. Just a note about taking vitamins, I take a bunch and my doctor said delay taking antihistamines and meds from your vitamins by an hour. He said they're more effective and less likely to upset your stomach then. I literally do that every day.

Bryant Park in New York City is behind the New York Public Library Schwarzman building. I used to go there and see actress Julianne Nicholson and watch her do acting scenes for Law and Order Criminal Intent. A beautiful place to sit and people watch. Next time you want to "dye" your hair for a costume or look, try Good Dye Young - Poser Paste. It washes out in a day and on light brown/blondish hair it's very pigmented/vibrant.
