Using the benzyl peroxide face wash is actually so smart. Some studies show that contact therapy w/ the skin, while using cleansers (or other treatments) that have active ingredients in them, for short periods of time, is still effective at delivering the, in this case, benzyl peroxide to the skin. This is a lot less harsher than using toners, serums, etc. that sit on the skin for hours, or strong face masks 2x a week. It's kinda like doing a gentle mini face mask everyday. I'll have to try this method out :D

Ego seems like such a cool fun person I really liked this skincare routine simple and not too complicated also there is nothing wrong with washing your face a third time if your face can handle it then why not. If you have acne it is imperative to use products that have either salicylic or Benzoyl peroxide to combat it.
