People are always complimenting me on my hair. I always use shampoos that I get at the natural foods store so I wasn't sure if I even needed to try another one. But I did and this shampoo made my hair even more healthy looking. And just $10 for a bottle. Their other products are way too expensive for me but the shampoo is a good price and I will always be getting this shampoo from them, although the bottle I have will probably last a long time since I also need to use my other shampoos.

My hair used to be exactly like that texture length thickness everything exactly like that before starting university it got worst due to stress and need to work in the heat of summers in India. During this lockdown I tried to pick it back up its no where near but its getting better I tried this yoga that helps with hair gain, I washed it once a week cause who cares at home about greasy hair, I oiled my hair everytime before washing and used almond oil instead of conditioner after shampooing and then lightly rinsing hair that won't get off all the oil but its not as oily as oiled hair. And always all the time 24*7 kept my hair in a light braid. I comb my hair twice a day to change my hair band because i think it gets dirty if it stays for too long on hair and that's good for detangling too. I hope i get it all back.

It always reminds me of "simplicity" and "appreciating of what you have in life"because my greatest dream is to have a house for my kids, even it is small and simple but you can call it a home💙💙💙this video is all about hair and skin care routine but here i am talking about something😂🤗

The dislikes are from Neutrogena, Clinique, Nordstrom, Cetaphil and so on LOL. I'm a guy, and I've always leaned to telling anyone you never needed much for your face. A. Get the dirt off with oil free wash..rinse, B temporarily coat it with something natural(doesnt have to be everyday of the week), heck some people use honey even. C. Apply some natural moisturization or even just rinse off and carry on. The money spent on skincare is insanity

My only skincare for the past 17 years has been removing makeup with oil, washing my face with natural homemade soap and using an oil as moisturizer, olive oil or almond oil or any oil you like. Well I'm still too young to go about boasting about how I don't have any wrinkles because at my age it's still common to not have wrinkles. But I knew a man who did boast about his age all the time, he was 64 and had the smooth skin of a man in his 30's and he said the only thing he ever used on it was olive oil.

Thank you so much for your compliment. Yes I love that I spend 15 mintues to get ready in the morning. I spent my fair share on these expensive products 😆 but it was only making my skin so sensitive. Thank you so much ❤

Please consider wearing ear plugs when blow drying your hair to save your hearing ability into late age. The more you allow loud volume near your ears (vacuuming, lawn mower, power tools, loud music), the younger you’ll loose your hearing ability. Trust me, it becomes tiresome for people to talk to you once you start to have trouble hearing the high-pitched sounds in conversation. Also, ear buds are bad for your hearing. Your ears were designed by God to catch sound waves & dampen them by the time they reach your eardrum. Earbuds put sound waves directly on the eardrum, which damages your hearing.

Beautiful video. My acne cleared up also when I switched to using CeRave cleanser for oily skin and that’s it. No serums, oils, moisturizers or anything. Less is more. I think all the stuff we use trying to “fix” things just ends up destroying our skins microbiome. We have an acid mantle that sits on top of our skin and when we leave it alone, it protects us from environmental conditions and toxins. I’m 51 now and have been using only a gentle cleanser for many years. For the first time I’m starting to see the effects of collagen loss that goes along with menopause. 😏 I was just searching for a good vitamin C serum to add to my cleanse only routine and then your video popped up. 💕 You’ve been blessed with some good genes girl. Hehe 😘

You can try coconut oil, it's best for my hair. My hair is 3b, so it's dry and now my hair is nourished so it is soft and has become wavy hair not curly like before. This is the way I use it: Before wash hair, I use one spoon of coconut oil for my hair (the coconut I use is liquid because I live in Viet Nam). This is really important, you use enough amount coconut oil, depending on the volume and length of your hair. If over it's hard to wash and maybe make your hair oily. My hair is over my shoulder a little bit. After 30 minutes, wash your hair two times, and finally always use condition to clear hair, if not hair is always oily.
