She is so repugnant. The irony is that her Superiors are going to use this 'social media' post as evidence that she is detrimental to the goals of the Corporation. As a Canadian, I can say, pretty much across the board, we don't like bully's, regardless of whether they are overt or deceptive.

I'm old enough to remember when we had "Personnel Departments" - who generally facilitated the needs and admin requirements of company employees. They, however, morphed into "(In)Human Resources Departments" - they always took the management line against employees and the latter ofc were just resources ... there to be toyed with rather than considered as fellow humans. This woman is totally symptomatic of the modern breed of (I)HR management.

1. Don't give them your email 2. Don't let them have your phone number. 3. And always record every one to one conversation with supervisors, managers and HR. 4. Have your union Rep on standby or have a call to your local union representatives live, by law they cannot stop you. 5. Be prepared for them to be pissed at you. They must make the first mistake, sorry move, if they have enough information or evidence you would be suspended already or if it a police, law or civil matter there would be charges already . They think they are the law and know the law, they don't. 6. If it consequences mean a woman involved then say nothing and lawyer yourself up. 7. Find out dates and times of these events and all this could stop you from being a victim of a crime or bullying offence 8. Police are good at what they do. They will go through all the times and dates with you and monitor your phone on where you were and times of you and the accuracy of your alleged incident. 9. If you are incorrect you will be found out, but if you are a victim of a crime that's a fantasy made up in someone head. I have met women storkers a friend married one, they had children, a child and she was lock away under mental health act. 10. If it's about a different type of scene stealing or taking something not yours. Then some of the above may help, if they have video evidence then it's the letter of the law for you. I hope you read to the end, please do not make any comments to me, as I don't read any and it's not my KZbin account. It's the comedians account and he can give some sage advice.

True story (which I will get to in a second). I was up before a disciplinary a few years ago for 'racism' in a university workplace. How can you defend yourself? There is a tale about a left-wing speaker in '50's America who was constantly dealing with cat-calls that she was a 'Communist.' She would shout back "I'm not taking that from a nudist." The cat-caller would inevitably reply: "I'm not a nudist!." She would then reply: "Prove it." Anyway, I had three eager Human Remains people giving me the third degree. I had a Union rep. but any mention of 'racism' means that the Union has no real interest at all in representing your case, no matter how innocent you might be. And God knows I was innocent. But HR wanted my scalp and was determined to pin me to the cross. I pointed out: "But how or why would I be racist. My wife is black." It made absolutely no difference. The day after I faced the stoning. I realise that this woman clearly has mental health problems. The trouble is it is her mental health issue that is allowing her to reveal the truth.

Your comments about the devolution of HR departments is spot on. I work for a reputable UK institution - in one of the non-UK-based branches, and omg - the endless emails and trainings about D&I and other 'woke' matters is so annoying. Yes, I understand we have global and social issues, but why must these things be brought up at work. When our company has their quarterly global online meeting with our CEO, the Q&A questions are all about climate change, recycling, D&I, mental health issues blah blah blah - I'm not saying these issues aren't important, but FFS, work is work, and why must everyone be roped into having to deal with these issues without the choice to refuse - of course we get monitored to see who has completed the relevant 'woke' trainings, because the institution as a whole has its target to report to its holding organisation and UK leaders that it is ticking all the boxes and playing its part in this ridiculous world we are now living in.

Worse still, they get longer each year. In the last ones I was to learn how to respect neurodivervent people. Why, after all, should the innumerate person not be head of accounts? That is blatant discrimination if they cannot be promoted to such a lofty position. The problem is that so many children have been labelled as 'special needs' that we now have to deal with them in the work force. And there is now a sodding army of these people! Just try having a meeting with a neurotic with Irritable Bowel Syndrome at their Performance Review and see how it goes. Throw in race, sex and age, and you are in for a world of fun.

This attitude is exactly what companies want from HR. They want to be able to fire people at will without having to pay anything out and they want the workforce to know this and be afraid. The best HR personnel are power hungry narcissists with nothing but contempt for the employees they've been instructed to target. I had the misfortune to end up doing some freelance work for a so-called "investigator" used by HR departments when they want to sack someone and saw first hand how fixed it all is. The important thing to remember that investigators are employed by the company via HR; investigators will be hired over and over by the same company so it's never in their interest to find against the company; there's no regulatory body, accreditation or qualifications anyone can build a website and offer their services. My employer was an ex-cop who'd been made redundant from her job with a security consultancy firm and set herself up as an investigator. She hired me to proofread her reports. There were the ones she gave directly to her contact in HR and the "official report" given to the person investigated. Here's how an "independent investigation" is done: (1) Speak to the boss and HR and determine what results they want and discuss strategy. Ascertain if the target will make any counterclaims (e.g. accuse the boss of victimization) (2) Interview all their colleagues. Ask if they witnessed the target being racist including outside of work. Don't ask "have you ever witnessed" but "DID you witness". Follow up by asking "Other than a specific incident you may be able to recall, have you ever found yourself questioning whether race played a role in [the target's] decision making?" Finally, ask if they think someone could be unknowingly racist. If the target is male ask the same questions but focused on sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior. End the interview by asking if they'd feel too intimidated to confront the target. (3) Supply the boss and HR department with a list of names: (a) Those willing to go against the target; (b) Those emphatically standing up for them (their friends) (4) Write up a report claiming that a number of allegations of racism/inappropriate behaviour were made against the target and that people feel too intimidated to come forward. Recommend the target be suspended pending a full investigation and that HR run workshops on racism, sexism, etc. Note that now (a) the staff know the target is suspended for misconduct; (b) they were asked about some racist incident that the target was allegedly involved in; (c) it was "serious" enough to merit a training day. (5) Now doing a full investigation limit yourself to those names you supplied to the bosses in stage (3). Usually, the target will have counter-claimed that they are being bullied and/or harrassed by management so when speaking to those "witnesses" that are against the target ask them outright if they ever saw management bully the target. When talking to the target's supporters ask two questions directly about the target and then a third about bullying: Have you ever witnessed them be racist? Have they ever said anything that could be construed as racist? Did you witness anything that could be described as bullying or intimidating? They will think the last question is about the target and will say no. They've just got the management off the hook. (6) Write a report that finds a number of witnesses either witnessed or were subjected to harrassment by the target; that there is no evidence to support claims by the target against the management; and recommending disciplinary action be taken. Note that the witnesses are never named on the report. This is supposedly to protect them from retaliation by the accused or from the bosses if they defend the accused. You can rest assured, however, the names are passed on. If you're interviewed by an investigator and you deny any wrongdoing by the target then expect to be called into HR to get a warning about the company you keep. Note also that the witnesses and target are not permitted to speak during the investigation which can last months. For a lot of people the witnesses willing to stand up for them are their friends; this means you cannot have any contact with your friends for months. If all your friends are work colleagues this will be a very lonely time. Finally note that the target will read in the report that ALL the people interviewed denied that they witnessed any bullying by management or HR. we saw how this was manufactured by the investigator but it can leave the target feeling like their friends abandoned them. The most important thing to be aware of is that if you accept the findings and take the punishment then you are admitting the allegations are true. So, if the report comes back and you are found to have been inadvertently racist, sexist, inappropriate, etc. you may be tempted to say nothing and just do whatever small punishment is suggested, e.g. a one hour online assignment teaching you how not to be racist, etc. By the end of the week there could be another investigation launched against you, they'll get the same results but this time they'll fire you. When you go to employment tribunal the first report will be used against you. In fact, the whole purpose of these investigations is to pressure you into agreeing to leave with a really poor offer. Based on my experience, if I were being investigated here's what I'd do: 1. Never try to appease HR by agreeing to lesser accusations and accepting minor punishments. 2. Accept that they are doing everything they can to fire me. 3. Always have a witness during any interview whether it be with the investigation team or HR. Otherwise they WILL lie, claiming they felt threatened or were verbally abused and this will be offered as further evidence. 4. Ask for clarification of every question asked by the investigator and then claim the question is too vague to answer. For example: Did you witness any discrimination in the workplace? If you say no then you can later be accused of inadvertently allowing racism to go unchallenged because your unconscious bias; if you say yes then you'll be accused either of making malicious accusations or of failing too report it. Remember, everything you say will be used against you; "your question is to vague to answer" is the least damaging to you. 5. Never lose your temper. 6. Never think you can persuade the investigator you're innocent or believe you can get them onside. They are friends with HR, they're probably all going out for a drinks together after work. The investigator only sees you as a horrible racist, sexist creep trying to get one over their friend in HR. 7. Never accept the outcome of an investigation; always appeal. 8. I would make it clear, from the start, that I believe the best option is for them to unfairly fire me and for us to go to tribunal.

Large companies have HR department’s. I’d say the majority of companies do their own hiring on a personal level & don’t require you to be subscribed to a certain ideology. They want skills. I wouldn’t work for any company with this woman in it or any company that thought they had the whip hand over my personal life. I’ve never been unemployed. She’s only toxic for this company, not the whole employment market…
