The seeming arbitrariness with which you pick your props is absolutely fascinating to me. Like, you could have easily had one of a variety of hand sanitizers, but instead you used contact solution (or like in another video, you used markers instead of makeup brushes/makeup). It has a very "actually this is a dream bc my brain is just replacing random objects left and right with things I saw today" vibe to it. Can't get enough of it, honestly.

this is genuinely good doctor ASMR because you’re actually matching the real intonation of real doctors. this is the kind of weird up-and-down intonation which i’ve come to expect from doctor’s visits and most videos don’t replicate it at all. most videos try to replicate a sense of genuine intimacy instead of trying to replicate bedside manner. but shooting for the latter is way more effective, it actually hits the target of where most people experienced asmr the first time in their lives.

When you asked about medication it made me think of a reaction I had from a doctor years ago. I was maybe 16 at the time and was taking 14 prescribed medications. We had to go to this place because they were a specialist and the first visit was interesting haha. The nurse asked me about any medications I was taking and I started listing them off for her. I kept pausing so she could finish typing then would continue listing more when she was finished. At one point she went “there’s more?” with a look of disbelief and slightly shook her head before typing the rest :’) It’s always something I think about when the viewer is asked about medication in asmr videos :’)

I've had a perforated ear drum before, and it definitely felt like I was trying to hear through a bowl of oatmeal. But ya know, I'll take that over a 10/10 painful ear infection. other than the IMMENSE calm i get from these videos (seriously. it’s so nice), i think the thing that i most take away is that i need to start wearing some bolder copper-toned eyeshadows 😁 i have a very similar undertone/complexion and eye color and oh my GOSH does that eyeshadow shade make your eyes pop. you are just gorgeous !!
